HYGIENE POLICY
It is to ensure to determine physical, chemical and biological foods safety hazards at every stage of our products that we offer to our customers, to take it under control, to enable them to be produced in compliance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCEAND JEWELRY POLICY
It is not allowed to enter production areas without protective apron/clothes or bonnets. It is also mandatory for operators and packers to use arm sleeves. It is not allowed to wear any kind ofjewelry while entering production areas and working within the enterprise. Apron/clothes should be used clean and the bonnets should completely cover ears and hair. The cleaning of the aprons and clothes are checked.
Work clothes are worn outside the production area,in locker rooms dedicated to the personnel. The lockers are sectioned separately as dirty (red lockers) for the clothes which they come from the external environment and clean (white lockers) for their work clothes. Work clothes are not allowed to be worn in other places. It is not allowed to get out of the company with work clothes. The personnel start work as they have worn their work clothes.
SMOKING AND LUNCH POLICY
Smoking, eating and drinking is forbidden in production, storage areas, locker rooms and all closed areas. Warning signs are posted in prominent places.Visitors and subcontractors are ensured to comply with this rule.
POLICY OF ENTERING TO PRODUCTION AREAS
Ourvisitors, suppliers enter our production areas by being subject to visitor control schedule by wearing dedicated apron, bonnet as well as by complying with thejewelry policy..
FOREIGN MATTER POLICY
Within our production areas, glass, breakable plastic materials, wooden, wire materials have been removed from use in order to prevent foreign matters that may lead physical contaminations. Present glass or breakable plastic materials, metal equipment and sharp objects have been taken under control.
POLICY OF PERSONNEL HEALTH CONTROLS
Periodic medical examinations of personnel is done. In cases of infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing, sneezing, the person istaken away from production areas and sent to health check.
